What happens in the meeting

Built for calls with more than ten people, where what you need to show is a working screen, not small talk.

An employee sharing a working screen with colleagues in a meeting

Screen sharing

A whole screen, a single window, or one browser tab. A second presenter can take over the share without interrupting the first.

Rooms for a thousand

Speakers on stage, everyone else in the audience. A moderator controls microphones and the question queue.

Recording and transcripts

Recordings land on your own servers. Transcripts are split by speaker, with timestamps.

Sound without the room

Noise suppression removes the keyboard, the air conditioning, and the conversation outside the meeting-room door.

Calendar and meeting rooms

A meeting is created from Exchange or Google Calendar, along with the room booking and the guest list.

Security

The conversation stays inside the perimeter

Your security team usually shows up with four questions. Here are the answers.

  • End-to-end encryption

Media streams are encrypted between participants. The server relays the traffic but cannot read it.

  • Data stays where you put it

Recordings, transcripts, and account data sit on the servers you choose: your own hardware, or our managed cloud. No third-party clouds in between.

  • Access log

You can see who joined, from which address and device, who recorded, and who shared their screen.

  • Policies, not verbal agreements

Recording, screen sharing, and inviting outside guests are switched on by a rule at the company level.

Deployment

Two ways to run the service

Cloud on our servers

fast start
  • First meeting on the day you sign up
  • Updates and monitoring on our side
  • We host and operate it, backups included
  • Billed by the number of active employees

Inside your own network

full control
  • Installed on your own hardware, including an air-gapped segment
  • Runs with no internet access
  • Connects to your user directory and SIEM
  • Perpetual license, not tied to a subscription term

How rollout works

1-2 weeks

Pilot

We stand up an instance on your side, connect one department, and see how the service holds real load.

2-4 weeks

Integration

User directory, calendar, meeting-room hardware, recording and access policies.

after that

Handover to your admins

We train your team, hand over documentation and procedures, and stay on call for incidents.

We'll show it on your own scenario

We'll set up an instance for your case: the number of participants you need, your user directory, and your security team's requirements.
